Myself and about 20 other Victorian Govt employees attended this refresh session and enjoyed a stimulating morning of learning and networking with private industry and academia. Susan Mackie of the de Bono Institute address the session and gave many examples of how the de bono tools have, and can aid in the collaborative process. Of particular interest was the example from Corrections Victoria where the Prison Catering managers have, and continue to collaborate and generate positive outcomes.
